By submitting this participation form, you agree to the following: Project Baldwin adheres to FERPA regulations regarding the privacy of student information. The information you give us is confidential. By submitting this form, you authorize Project Baldwin to release participation and demographic information to our partner agencies including Seattle Department of Education & Early Learning (DEEL), Mentor Collective, and internal Seattle Colleges faculty/staff. You also authorize Seattle Colleges to contact you in the future for an exit interview, media contact, and data tracking as it relates to the needs of Project Baldwin and Regional Challenge Grant (RCG) funding.
